In June 2003, Attorneys John Maley and Chris Maley settled, just prior to closing arguments, a United States District Court personal injury automobile accident claim for $2,925,000.00.

In December 2003, Attorneys Alan Sylvester, Michael Brow, and Amy Sylvester Averill obtained a jury verdict in the United States District Court for $2,522,193.00 in a personal injury car-truck accident case resulting in a Wrongful Death. This was the largest Wrongful Death jury verdict ever obtained in Vermont. Since the defendant's insurance coverage was inadequate to satisfy the full amount of the jury verdict, the firm pursued out of state litigation until it had recovered the entire amount of the verdict.

In 2006, Michael Brow settled an automobile accident case involving a fractured and dislocated hip and fractured ankle for $775,000.

In 2007, Chris Maley settled a medical malpractice wrongful death claim. At the request of the Defendants, the amount of the settlement is to remain confidential.

In 2008, Chris Maley obtained a jury verdict for $800,000 in a medical malpractice wrongful death case involving the failure to monitor a patient on Coumadin.
